Why don't you offer returns or exchanges?
All of our paper products are printed on demand, which means that we do not have an inventory of pre-printed products; when you place an order, the order is then printed, packaged and shipped directly to you.
If your order is defective in anyway, or was damaged in transit, please message us with a photograph which clearly shows the issue, and we will make sure to rectify the situation.
For digital downloads, due to their digital nature, no refunds or exchange can be issued. If there is a problem with your digital file, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.
How do the digital downloads work?
When you purchase a digital download, the download link will be sent to your email.
All our eBooks are a high resolution that you can print at home or at a print shop.
Our InDesign Custom Calendar Template are not formatted to be printed on home printers – it has been designed to be printed by a professional print shop.
You may print each digital downloads as many times for use at home and at work.
All digital downloads (except for our Calendar templates) cannot be used commercially, modified, resold or redistributed. Basically they're for personal use only.
Any fine print for your calendar templates?
Holiday and astronomincal information provided is subject to change. While Elastic Design endeavours to provide accurate information, we cannot accept liability for any variations to holidays and moon phases. The astronomical information has been provided by timeanddate.com, and the holiday dates are correct at time of template creation.
How much will shipping cost?
We mostly offer free shipping on our physical products, however on occasion we may need to include shipping fees. Simply add your address in the shopping cart to view the cost.
